2025: Preview

Over 40,000 people from 135 nations have registered. Among them are two of Germany’s most prominent runners, Gesa Krause and Richard Ringer. Krause is a two-time European champion in the 3000m steeplechase and won silver at the 2024 European Championships in Rome. Ringer, meanwhile, claimed the European marathon title in Munich 2022. In Berlin, both will put themselves to the test over 21.0975 kilometres. The 44th GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON promises to be a spectacular sporting event, kicking off the 2025 running season on the streets of the capital. Kids (up to the age of ten) can show off their running skills over distances of 200 to 800 metres. In the new location at Messe Berlin, the Bambinis will compete in various age group races. Inside the Berlin exhibition halls you won’t just be picking up your race documents. You’ll find the latest trends and innovations, offers on sports gear and info about other events, as well as medical advice from the SCC EVENTS medical team. This is the best way to start off the new season.
