The course is flat, fast, and varied. Established nearly 25 years ago, the Prague Half Marathon was created to inspire a more active, healthier, and happier lifestyle in the Czech Republic. Today, it stands as one of Europe’s most popular half marathons. Despite only being established in 2015, the Copenhagen Half Marathon has already gained worldwide recognition—thanks in part to Kenya’s Geoffrey Kamworor, who set the men‘s then-world record of 58:01 here in 2019. In 2018, Sifan Hassan set the still-standing men‘s European record of 65:15. But this race isn’t just for elite athletes; it’s a fantastic experience for all runners.
