2025: Preview

Over 40,000 people from 135 nations have registered. Among them are two of Germany’s most prominent runners, Gesa Krause and Richard Ringer. Krause is a two-time European champion in the 3000m steeplechase and won silver at the 2024 European Championships in Rome. Ringer, meanwhile, claimed the European marathon title in Munich 2022. In Berlin, both will put themselves to the test over 21.0975 kilometres. The 44th GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON promises to be a spectacular sporting event, kicking off the 2025 running season on the streets of the capital.
