The GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON was the first really big running event in Germany after the long Corona break. More than 15,000 participants participated in the 21.0975 km race on August 22, 2021. Because everyone was either vaccinated against Covid19, recovered from the disease, or had proof of a negative PCR test, the run was also a safe event along a super-fast course that passed all the major landmarks—with the start and finish close to the Brandenburg Gate and the Victory Column. In this digital magazine, you'll find the best pictures and most exciting stories from the GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON 2021, which celebrated the race's 40th anniversary and ended with a new course record for the women.
